It has been observed that some agents/consolidators are submitting distribution lists after the arrival of the vessel and in some cases after a vessel becomes taxable. This is a practice that hinders the unstuffing process and as such, is unacceptable. Note the following:
1. Documents are to be submitted at least twenty-four (24) hours before the arrival of the vessel
2. FAS must be paid before a vessel becomes taxable. If FAS is being paid after the vessel is taxable, all excess storage charges must be paid. NO EXCEPTIONS.
